Hello,today I am here to share with you, 5 LO’s I did,using Maja Design! I have spring fever & every time I run out to the greenhouse,Marilyn tells me to go home & scrapbook,it is to early to plant!!! I guess I could be doing Spring cleaning,but what fun is that! I also think with my Spring Fever, my emotions have changed,I really needed to reach out. So my last 3 LO’s were not design team LO’s,they were LO’s I did for 3 special women in my life… Here is The first LO,using Vintage Autumn Basics Collection….

I used:No.I, No.I-BS, No.II, No.II-BS, No.V, No.VII-BS, No.XXII-BS, No.X-BS, Heritage-BS & a BS of a label.

The Dusty Attic Chipboard used:Decorative Scroll #1,leafy Scroll,lacing tash & lots of dots

Resin zipper & angel are Prima

Shows,distressed,hand stitched layers….I also did some stencil work using The Crafters Workshop”Art is”….

I layered two pieces of chipboard,the decorative scroll & the leafy scroll (there is 3 layers as the decorative scroll has 2 layers). I used taffy & shabby pink Smooch on the under piece of the decorative scroll,then inked the edges using a brown ink pad. I used picket fence crackle on the over piece,once the crackle dried I rubbed in brown chalk to bring out the cracks. On the flower on the leafy scroll I used,taffy smooch,then rock candy crackle. When the crackle dried I rubbed in the brown chalk.I painted the flower center with gesso,then applied liquid accents & sprinkles on clear micro beads. On the leafy part,I used luscious lime Smooch,then the crackle,then rubbed in the chalk. I used the DA dots for my flower centers, I did the same to the flower centers as I did to the flower on the leafy stem…

A ripped piece,with a prima zipper…

I made the flowers using the BS of the Heritage sheet,& a die from die-namics. The centers are made from the DA dots….

Used some cheesecloth in my layers…

Here is A LO I did for my Mother for Mothers Day. Mom past away last June,so this was my first Mothers day not spending with my Mom. I released my emotions,by scrapbooking!
