Welcome friends!

Today I will share with you a mixed media layout in form of a big gift combined

with the best wishes for a peaceful, harmonious and cozy Christmas

in the circle of your loved ones.

I had this idea when I saw the paper with the elegant lady

sitting comfortably on a mountain with presents.

used Maja Design papers

I also used some christmas themed cutting dies (candles, pine branches, christmas stockings, lace)

and an awesome christmas tree chipboard from Dusty Attic.

Hello dear friends, Evgenia Petzer with you today. I have another festive season card with the newest Christmas Season collection by MajaDesign. In Russia we mainly celebrate New Year, so this time the sentiment is for this holiday. This collection again has the cutest images and the heroes are just so adorable. Just have a look at the Ephemera sheet. I actually used the images from the big 12 by 12 sheet, and all the papers are from the small paper pad.

some close ups:

lots of layers with chipboard and die cutting with the machine.

Have a lovely weekend,

Hello, and welcome to the Maja Design Blog! It’s Nancy here with you. I hope you’re staying warm and cozy as winter begins to settle in. I have a new Christmas card to share today. I’m super excited because it’s my first time working with Maja Design’s brand new paper collection, ‘Christmas Season’, and I’m completely in love with it!

The papers are distressed, layered, and stitched, forming a base for the embellishments. An image from the paper collection makes for a perfect sentiment and focal point.

A wintery collection of florals anchors the sentiment, while a trio of tiny bells jingle cheerily whenever the card is moved about. Frosty touches of gesso add an icy chill to the florals and around the edges of the card, and a loopy twine bow ties everything together.

Above is a peek of the interior of the card, where there is plenty of space to write a personal note.

Maja Design Papers Used:

Other Products Used: Twine, Gesso, Holiday Greenery, Jingle Bells.

Have you finished your holiday crafting yet? It’s not too late to pick up some of these gorgeous new papers to share in your beautiful cards and projects. I know you’ll love them as much as we do! Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today and spending time with us! I wish you a healthy and happy Christmas, along with many blessings throughout the New Year!

Hugs,

Hi there! Not a Christmas project from me today, hope it is ok?! I just wanted to show you the tool drawer I made for a Father’s Day card. I have used the Denim & Friends collection. Here you find papers for every masculine project.

The dies are from Magnolia. As for the image. I have used Distress Ink for my colouring.

To make this I have folded a box, where the sides measures 4×8 cm and 8×8 cm.

The metal frame is from Wild Orchid Crafts and I have painted here and there with White Gesso.

I am trying to find the time to make some Christmas cards aswell, but this weekend I have been baking Christmas cookies. Maybe I will find some time this evening.

This project was also published in the magazine Ett Trykk. Thank you so much for visiting the Maja Design blog!

With love,
