Hi there Maja Design friends. Tina with you today to share a project created with the newest of collections being the Denim and Girls. This collection is just gorgeous and a perfect match I think for my photo today. This project I have titled “Every story tells a story”.

My background was created with layers of the Denim and Girls patterned papers.

I firstly set out to complete my background for my layout to sit upon. I cut a circle from the centre of Summer Outfit and used the remaining outer framework as my base. I then layered a section of the b side of Lace over this. I did a little tearing of my paper and distressed it very heavily. I then adhered down the circle that I distressed also and added a couple of section of Lovely then my photo which was distressed also.

Lovely

Once my background was completed I then added a piece of the bs of Roses to the back of a Dusty Attic Vintage Chipboard Frame. I then coloured my frame with Inka Gold and some embossing Shabby Chic colours from my stash. This was adhered to the left side of my photo ensuring that I didn’t cover too much of the photo.

I added in lots of different pieces of laces from my stash. I love to use laces to highlight areas of my projects and also to soften the layout if it needs it. I further embellished my layout using more chipboards and also a good selection of Navy and Blush Pink 49andMarket flowers.

The flowers and the chipboards were all used to help with the layering of my layout.

And from another view of my layout. Here you can see the gorgeous papers holding all these goodies. I only altered the papers a little using some Distress Ink and a postal stamp to add a little more blue to my background. Well that is all I have for you today. I do hope you have enjoyed my project piece.

Until next time take care and happy crafting.

Hello Maja Friends, today I am here with you to share the cards I ‘ve made recently.

I still enjoy playing with Denim and Girls collection.

So feminine and girly, so boho and chic – just everything that I love.

This time I’ve added some gold accents and embellished with boho style elements – such as macrame and dream catcher die cuts.

I made a video tutorial of my process so you can check it.

Hello sweet Maja fans.

Lenet here and today I bring you this lay out called vintage soul.

I love  old vintage things, and the papers of Maja design are just perfect for vintage and shabby chic crafting.

Here is the layout I made for your inspiration, I hope you like it.

For this layout I used Vintage summer basics 1921 as the background and some leftovers from other papers for the matting of the picture.

I used the patina effect pastes art extravagance from prima marketing to distress the chippies from Dusty attic.

Some old lace and colored cheesecloth to tuck between the layers.  As a finishing touch some flowers from 49 and Market.

Hope you like what I made for you, thank you for visiting and  don’t forget to check in later to take a look at what the other Maja girls made for you .
