Hello Sweeties

Today I’m up on Maja Design blog with a new layout featuring the Denim and Friends collection. I chose a photomontage. Perhaps you will recognize the castle of Brissac from a previous layout?

As usual, I primed the background with clear gesso. Then I added a design with a stencil and a white crackle paste. When dry, I painted the background with a blue Sparks paint and some blue Twinkling H2Os.

While it dried again, I die-cut some leaves in a watercolor paper. I colored them as well as a few flowers with differents Twinkling H2O.

I cut a few papers to add under the photo. I added the flowers, the leaves, and some metallic embellishments.

When happy with the result, I added some micro beads and some bigger beads. I glued also some jump rings.

To finish the layout, I added another design with a Distress Oxide ink that I sprayed with water.
