Terms and conditions

1. Your account

MajaDesign AB (“MajaDesign”) sells only to dealers who have registered for an account in the webshop. You can register for an account here. You are fully responsible for the use of your account in the webshop. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please promptly notify us.

2. Price

The prices in the webshop are excluding VAT and shipping. You can find the shipping cost for delivery in Sweden here , for delivery in Europe here  and for delivery Worldwide by air here.

When you trade a lot with us, we give you discount according to the following model:

• 3000 SEK – 5999 SEK 4% discount
• 6 000 SEK – 11 999 SEK 8% discount
• 12 000 SEK and above 12% discount

You will be provided the discount by specify the right discount code in checkout. You will find more information here.

We reserve the right to change prices in the webshop without notice. Offers without a clear end date applies while supplies last. We reserve the right to mispricing in the webshop and reserve the right to refuse orders.

3. Order

An order is complete when you receive an order confirmation from us by the e-mail address you have registered. On all of our orders Swedish law is applicable.

4. Payment

We accept payment by credit card when you order your products in the webshop. When paying by credit card we reserve the right to check the validity of the card, the possibility to charge the purchase price and the address of the buyer. We reserve the right at all times to make an individual control and to deny the purchase.

When the order is placed a reservation of the amount is made. The amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. This amount is for the goods actually delivered from stock less any discount. Products that may be out of stock will not be charged for. Adjustments may take up to three business days.

We work with DIBS for handling card and bank payments. DIBS is certified according to PCI DSS since 2005.

5. Delivery

We accept and deliver all orders in the order they come in to us. Normally, you get your goods within 5-7 working days for delivery in Sweden and within 10-12 working days for delivery outside of Sweden. If a delivery can not be made because the goods are not in stock or if it is delayed for other reasons, you will be notified no later than 10 days after you placed the order. You have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not accept the new, proposed delivery schedule. We are not responsible for any damage as a result of the announced delivery times are exceeded.

6. Complaints

If you discover damage to a package before you open it, you should report this to the delivery point. If you already opened the item when you discover damage, please follow the instructions on the package. If you receive a defective or wrong article, please contact us (contact information below). Transport costs for returns must be approved by us before you are sending back the defective goods.

7. Responsibility

MajaDesign shall not be liable to you for any damage, except in cases where the company’s liability insurance covers the loss and provided that the insurer, where appropriate, approve that the payment is made. Apart from such cases, liability is consistently limited to the amount representing the purchase price of the product. MajaDesign is never liable for consequential or indirect damages.

We handle all personal information according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Links

This site may contain links to other websites which are not under our control. We can not vouch for the integrity or content on these sites, we simply provide the links for the convenience of our visitors to find more information in specific areas.

10. Colours

We can not guarantee that the colours displayed on the website exactly reproduce how the colours of the products are in reality. The colours depend on the settings of your computer and monitor.

11. Copyright

The content on this site are copyrighted and belong to MajaDesign.

You may market and sell the products under the brands and in the packaging and by the use of copyright as specified by MajaDesign, provided that you follow MajaDesign’s instructions.
