My mother always used to tell me “Wait until you pass 20. Before you know it you will be 35 and wonder what happened.” Years do pass by so fast. It’s already been seven years since I got married and I can’t believe where the years took off.So this is me… On a very rainy day in August, seven years ago. I’m not a pink girl, but the pink colours of the Vintage Autumn Basics collection has got a special place in my heart. I love the deep in it and the dark shades of pink really encourage you to add some white Gesso or Texture Paste for dimension. They also go so well with the Vintage Summer Basics pinks.

I have used I, II, III, IV and V for this layout. I have used four different Martha Stewart punches for this layout and layered the papers as I saw fit. I’ve combined very small stitches with larger ones. I have sooted the edges of II with Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain. The rest have been treated with Walnut Stain alone.I’m a Pearl Maker girl and I tend to use Pearl Makers a lot. This time I’ve actually used Liquid Pearls (White Opal) instead of Pearl Maker. I simply ran out of white Pearl Maker… The Prima Audrey collection is a new favourite of mine and I think the colours of the flowers goes really well with the pinks from Vintage Autumn Basics. The resin is by Prima as well.
I love to use every single piece of the Maja papers… That goes for the gorgeous stripes as well. The stripes in this corner comes from IX and II. I’ve used a small file to create the border on the photo.

I’ve added some Gesso using simple bubble wrap. The pattern that you can see on sheet I is another favourite. I’ve used the stripe here to include it once more. The light pink bling is from Prima.Jenny
