Today I’m up on Maja Design blog with a spring set of cards

Those cards are really simple to make. The difficult part is to chose some beautiful papers from Maja Design.

Then I die-cut a background in an assorted paper as well as some leaves in different green papers.

I added a flower or more …

I added a flower or more, some strands of raffia …

… some micro beads and it’s done.

Hello Sweeties

Today I’m up on Maja Design blog with a new set of cards featuring the Enjoying Outdoors papers collection.

I used the Feeling Good paper to make the flowers. I die-dut different leaves in assorted papers with a green color.

I added some Wine and Roses Silk to the background with a palette knife. When dry, I added a design with heavy gesso and a stencil

I colored the die-cut flowers with the same paint and I finished the card with glass glitters.

Here I added some tags behind the cluster of flowers instead of the paint.

Hello dear friends! Evgenia Petzer with you this Saturday morning with a long post to share. First is the gentle, feminine birthday card that I made using the light shade of lavender color that I love so much.

Hey Hey Everyone! Welcome!

I created this page with a sweet photo of my grand baby when she was 9 days old.

She will soon be 3… time flies by, for sure.

I used Enjoying Outdoors Collection and I adore the delicate pattern in the floral paper here.

I am hooked on paper taring lately. I like the vintage feel it gives and the shapes that can be created.

I adore this soft floral pattern and it pairs perfectly with the distressed solid and beautiful striped papers.

I added beautiful floral clusters, mixing in die cut doilies with resin and wood accents.

The detailed doilie flowers were created using a punch and pinching them at the center…

I added the resin flower for sweet detail.

I just love the torn, rolled edges …

Hello Sweeties

Today I’m up on Maja Design blog with a new layout. It’s a photo of one of my best friend I’ve taken during a photo shoot we had a few days ago.

As usual, I applied a layer of clear gesso to protect the background from all the media I will add later. When dry, I began to add a design with a stencil and a copper crackle paste.

While the paste was drying, I colored the flowers with a home-made spray of  Primary Element and water. I used several colors of Twinkling H2O to color the die-cut leaves.
