This Autumn Miranda Edney has been scrapping some beautiful projects for us.
First we let her introduce herself…

              Autumn-Miranda-Edney

“My name is Miranda Edney and I live in the sunny state of Florida with my honey
and our adorable fur babies which make ‘mommy’ very happy. I love
creating altered pieces! Nothing makes me happier than to see some plain
forgotten object and to bring new life into it. I have 2 sides, one of them
loves all things vintage and rustic. The other is a mixed media passion which
seeps out quite a bit. I love that Maja papers give me that vintage base for me
to add mixed media to, and that fulfills both of my ‘sides’.
I used lots of Vintage Autumn Basics but I had to throw in some other
collections as well, they all coordinate so heavenly together!

It has been a great honor to create for Maja, as a long time lover of
their papers. It has been a complicated time in my life and my focus is in a
million places, so to be able to sit down and create with such amazing papers
was true therapy for me. Thank you Maja Design!”

This is a really talented girl, just watch and enjoy her wonderful art..

Mirandas words about this lovely treasure box:
“For my first Altered box I went with a “grape” theme. I had this box for
quite some time waiting for the perfect papers..”

“My next mixed media box was very fun to create. Lots of layering of the beautiful
papers. A coat of clear gesso, then you can break out all your colorings and go
to town. I kept it very shabby and feminine.”
