Good morning, dear Maja friends, welcome to the blog today!

I have a birthday exploding box to share, for a certain lady who celebrates her 40th birthday today 🙂

The box is made with the Vintage Romance collection which I simply love for the delicate flowery patterns and a soft colour palette! I used pinks, mauve and green to create a feminine and elegant look. The lid is decorated with a flower bouquet and some butterflies:

When you lift the lid the box opens and reveals the inside with decorated walls:

One of the walls features a stamped and embossed lady cameo with the birthday date:

Another one has a pocket for some money gift:

In the centre I put a chipboard cake that I decorated with washi tape and mini roses:

As you can see, the main decorative motives of the box are roses and butterflies and I think Maja Design papers provide a perfect background for them. What do you think?

And here’s what I used for the box:

Maja Design papers:

Other: box base: Latarnia Morska; chipboard cake: Wycinanka.pl; dies: Spellbinders; stamp: Waltzing Mouse Stamps; flowers: Prima.

That is all for today, thank you very much for visiting and don’t forget to drop by tomorrow for more inspiration!

See you soon 🙂

Hello.  Jennifer Snyder with you today sharing my backpack card.  This is perfect for the back-to-school preparations that many families are doing this time of year.
The collection I am using is from Denim & Girls.  I love this collection because its a little flirty, fun and still playful.
Here are the papers used from the collection:
Floral Top ( A and B side)
Loose Fit (A and B side)
Awesome
The backpack is a die from Spellbinders.  It’s fun because the design can be used for anyone; boys , girls,
teachers and administrators.

The darling flap of the backpack opens to reveal all the supplies packed inside with love.  I also added an encouraging sentiment.

Thanks for stopping here.  Happy crafting.

Hi everyone! I hope you are fine. I am back with some more Christmas inspiration for you today, another coffee filter card using the lovely Home for the Holidays collection.

Again I have tried to captured the brown and blue colours from the papers in my colouring. I use Distress ink, re-inkers and Markers for my colouring. I stamp on Bockingford watercolour paper and uses syntetic brushes size 0 and 00.

The stamps and dies are from Magnolia.

Under you see the simple card that I have put inside the coffee filter to write a Christmas greeting on. I have sewed with my sewing machine on all the paper edges.

Thank you so much for visiting the Maja Design blog today!

With love,
