Hi there! Here comes a card I have made with the wonderful new papers from the Denim & Friends Collection.

Even if they are a bit masculine, you can easily use them for cuter cards:)

The image is from Magnolia’s Denim Collection and is coloured with Distress Ink.

I have added several layers with papers which you can see here.

And here are the papers used:

Hi there Maja fans! Here comes a wedding card I have made.
And of course I have used the Vintage Romance Collection.
Together with the beautiful papers I have put a paper from an old book
I got from my grandmother.
She also had some more old books,
but them she gave to the priest,
before I had the chance to to grab them for my cards:)
The image is from Magnolia,
and I have used Distress Ink for my colouring.
I think the image fits the papers so well,
and vice versa.
The sentiment stamp is from Stempelglede.
I have made some cute envelopes with a DooHickey die (vol 9).
The small flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
As the rest of the flowers as well.
The card is a lollipop card,
and I have folded two accordians measuring 6×30 cm,
and glued them together.

Here is the back of the card, to write a greeting on.

Here are the papers used:

Hope you liked my card! Thank you for visiting the Maja Design blog today!

With love,

Arabic night

Hi dear Maja fans! Hope you are fine! Here comes my latest card which I finished yesterday. I wanted to make a pink and yellow card, so I found the perfect pattern papers in the Nyhavn Collection:

I have used a new image from Magnolia, and coloured her in matching colour as the papers. I use Distress Ink for my colouring.

The flowers are from Kort& Godt and WOC. To tone them down and to give them that shabby look, I painted over them with White Gesso. Under the flowers I have put some Sissal grass.

I have used drops of Liquid pearls in her hair. Behind the image I have put some cheese cloth and a doily.

You might have a better view of how the paper is built up under.

Here are the three pattern papers I have used:

Here comes a Confirmand card I made to my friends son. And I have used papers and image from the Summer Crush collection for this one. I think the papers have really sharp and cool colours, which fits sporty young people :) It is my son (three years) who is holding the card on the photo above.

Here comes some more pictures of the lollipop card:

The lollipop cards ar fun to make, and they are faster to make than my ordinary cards. Here comes a closeup.

Tags from Magnolia with texts from Stempelglede.

The text #konfirmant is written on my computer and printed out. I have used my sewing machine and sewed the paper edges. They are also inked with Distress ink – reinkers.

Hi there! First of all I would like to congratulate the Norwegian people with their National Day today! Happy 17. th of May! We will go for a parade in the streets with our national costumes, waving the flags and shout out hurrays. And the children get to eat as much ice cream as they can manage:)

I have made a birthday card for you today, with the beautiful Sofiero papers.

The letters and numbers are cut out with a word die from Sizzix.

The image is from Magnolia and I have coloured it with Distress Inks.  I have stamped the image and text with Memento-Rich Cocoa. I have melted some FranTage around the image and added Liquid Pearls. On the flowers I have added Crackle Accent. The text is from Stempelglede.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, and the dies used are DooHickeys from Magnolia. I have inked all the edges with Distress Ink pad – Walnut Stain. And they are sewed on my sewing machine.
