I hope you haven’t missed our store finder? There you can find all our retailers around the world. We are updating it continuously so remember to stop by once in a while.

A special warm welcome to our new friends in Russia, South Africa and Ukraine.

If you haven’t got a retailer in your country, please ask your LSS to become one. All information needed is here.

We have also added all our Mood Boards to a new board on Pinterest called Mood Boards.  That will make it easier for you to find all our previous Mood Boards gathered if you want to use them for inspiration after the challenge is finished. Don’t forget to check out all our other boards on Pinterest as well. There you can find all the inspiration from our Creative Team plus so much more! Since the Vintage Basics collections are designed to be used together… what could be better then a giveaway where you can win them both? All 60 two-sided sheets right into your mailbox…

Or… For the cardmaker. One 6×6 pad of each collection that will give you 120 sheets in total! We are handing them both out, so don’t miss this opportunity.

Spring has finally started to arrive here on the west coast in Sweden. We can feel the sun starting to warm our frozen faces and the birds are doing their best to outshine each other while singing for the top of their lungs. It comes to natural to us to let our new mood board have a spring theme. Based on the brand new Vintage Spring Basics collection I’m proud to present our April mood board…April-Mood-board

And here’s a little reminder of what our mood boards are used for…

a board used by designers on which samples of various colours and textures are mounted to help in deciding which elements complement each other 

We are using mood boards for our challenges. We truely believe in creativity and art at Maja Design. You are free to interpret the mood boards in any way you’d like. They are supposed to set you in an inspirational mood without too much controlling. We would like you to be inspired by the poems, words and photos. They are not given rules, they are just there as inspiration. They are all inspired by a Maja collection, but you are free to use any Maja papers you’d like as long as they follow the colour scheme. We highly encourage you to follow the theme of the mood board as well.

We are presenting a new mood board the first Tuesday of every month. We will be presenting all participating creations that fulfill the requirements below April 30th. We will also draw a winner who will be winning a Maja Design collection of their own choice in 6×6 or 12×12.

After your creation is done, take a photo and send it to moodboard@majadesign.nu without any watermarks (size 600×600). Include your full name and address in the e-mail together with what collection you would like if you win. Don’t forget to write down if you would like 6×6 or 12×12. We need your creation April 28th at the latest.

We will only publish creations that fullfill the requirements!

precious photos with my daughter when we went to pick strawberries (just perfect

Congratulations! The Vintage Spring Basics 6×6 pad will be sent to you by mail as requested.

Thanks to everybody who has participated. It’s a pure joy to see your creations turn up in my mailbox every month.

Our next mood board is a true longing for spring. We’ve had a really long cold winter here in Sweden so we need some light and warm air now. Therefor the April mood board is filled up with butterflies and spring colours. It’s not hard to guess it’s based on the new Vintage Spring Basics collection, so make sure to check that your LSS has got them.

So don’t forget to stop by next Tuesday to see our new mood board and the amazing creations our Maja girls has done to get your creative flow going.
