Hi, this is Tomoko! This would be my second week at Maja Design. I hope you liked my previous project! Today I am showing you a mini album made with Maja Design’s “Walking in the Forest” .
This is how the inside of the album looks like. And you can see I have used one of the paper designs to make this cute mini envelope!! You can see some tips below.
Here are some tips that I am going to show you how I made my envelope close up.
1) First you need is Maja Design’s paper, “Die Cut Sheet” from the Walking in the Forest collection. Cut out the envelop design and build it up.
Then what you do is cut paper like I did below to make a belt for the envelop. After making the belt, you glue it on in the center of the envelop lid and glue paper that is cut along the design of the lid.2) Curl thin strip of paper to make what is going to hold you belt so the envelop will close up.3) Glue 2 on to your envelope. Then you are finished!
Here are the Maja Design supplies that I used for this mini album:
Walk in the Forest Collection
Paper: Autumn in the Air, Flannel Shirt, Fresh Air, Jeans, Knitted Sweater, Birdsong, When leaves are…, Last Flowers, The orchestra of nature, Die Cut Letters, Die Cut Sheet
Others:
Prima (flowers)
I hope you enjoyed my post!! Thank you so much for dropping by this week too!!
