Hello,this is my 1st Maja Blog post for 2014! I am so happy to remain on this amazing design team,& working with the best quality,beautiful papers I have ever worked with!!!

The photo is of a photo I took of the bird houses,I then repeated the embellishments on the card.

From the Vintage Frost Basics Collection I used:18th of Dec-BS,10th of Dec,16th of Dec-BS,Christmas diecuts & I also used the diecut sheet from Vintage Winter….

My next project is a LO I did combining 3 of Maja’s Collections together. The photo is of a friends daughter & the colors in these collections are perfect for this photo….

From the Vintage Autumn Basics I used No.II-BS

From the Vintage Summer Basics I used:1921,1922,&1923

From the Vintage Spring Basics I used: 2nd of May-BS,7th of May-BS

The Chipboard used on all projects is Dusty Attic

I first painted the chipboard vine,then I applied the crackle varnish & once that dried,I dried brushed on some gesso,to soften it & get it closer to the paper….

I did the same to the wordlet. On the wings I used LuminArt heavenly white,then inked the edges brown…

I used tulle in my flower layers. The flower centers are old brads covered with micro beads.

Shows my layered hearts,using cheesecloth, in the layers…
