Hello sweet Maja fans,

Lenet here and today I bring you this layout, made with the Winter is Coming Collection.

I know It’s almost spring I n some parts of the world,  but I had to make this winter-ish Layout.

For !,5 week ago we were Iceskating on nature ice and had snow , now it’s all gone and it feels like spring has arrived with nice temperatures and  springflowers popping up everywhere.

I love winter but shure love spring with with its nature awaking and longer daylight.

Without further ado here is my layout.

as a christmas gift I got th button maker from We”r Memory makers . I really love it!,

here you see one of the buttons  I made using the desing papers.  ( the rose with the green background. )

The dark red flower is made by me too.

some more selfmade flowers and  again a self made button  using the  design papers. So coll you have always a matching embellie.

I made some snow with Gesso, glitter and mica flakes. The gorgeous chipboard swirl is from Dusty Attic.

the other flowers are from  49and market. the little ballls  I used as addition to the snow are from Cadence.

So far my post and Layout.thank you for visiting the blog.

Hope you like what I made for your inspiration .

Do’t forget to come back to see what the other Maja Girls made.

Stay safe.

I Love You

Good morning, dear Maja Friends, welcome to the blog!

Today I bring you another love inspiration – though not about a romantic love, yet all the same beautiful 🙂

I made the layout using the Holiday in the Alps collection. I first applied heart garland pattern upon the background paper and then arranged the matting cluster of layered papers, hand cut tags and filigree chipboard doilies.

I added roses, a clock button and chipboard key and title word embossed with gold ep.

I finished my page off with metallic red pearls and matte gold sequins.

Here’s the list of my supplies:

Maja Desgin papers:

Other: stencil, chipboard pieces: Agateria; glitter paste: Pentart; flowers: Prima, Wild Orchid Crafts; punch: DP Craft; button: Prosvet.

I really like how the layout turned out, bright and cheerful, and I really how the versatility of Maja papers which can be used for various themes regardless of the collection theme!

That’s all for today, thank you for visiting and see you soon!

Hello friends.  Jennifer Snyder here today to share a slider greeting card created using the 6×6 paper pad from the ” Miles Apart” collection.  My choice in using this collection rises from a dark and gloomy winter in the COVID era.  I believe everyone could use both Spring and a hug.  This collection makes me think of both with gorgeous florals and delicate prints combined in lovely soft colors.

The images of the papers from the 6×6 paper pad are below:  “Distance” A and B side of paper, and “Stay Creative”.  I also featured the Monochrome collection, Shades of Miles”.  The matching solids are perfectly coordinated for the Miles Apart papers and help make crafting easier.

Distance

This is a slider card with flaps that pull from the sides to create a stage with a scene when opened.  I am sure this will bring a smile to to person who slides it open revealing a hug.

The dies used in this card are from Spellbinders brand new “Make A Scene” collection by Becca Feeken.  There are several scenes to make but I choose the window scene overlooking my Maja Design garden.

Happy crafting my friends.  I hope you have a fabulous day.

Let it Snow

 Goodmorning Lovely Maja Design Fans,

Today I’d like to share another wintery layout with you all made with some beautiful Maja Design papers. All though I really dislike winter I do love making layouts like this, and I feel another one coming …. since we had some snow in the last 2 weeks {around 20 cm} I went outside with our little princess {and I took a whole bunch of pictures} I find that snow is very peaceful and you can hear yourself think that’s nice sometimes. But oh does it get messy when melting ughhh. It was a while since there was that much snow.

As you can see on my layout I did some handstitching which I find very therapeutic to do…I kept the colors very neutral and the layout is very clean & simple at least for me. On my background I added a crackle stamp and a crackle stencil. I also distressed the edges a lot on the the beautiful boards I just some sprays and snow but I gessod it first.

I am a hugh fan of of Renea’s Bouquets Moonstone Glass Beads so I added a couple randomly on my page can you spot them? For this layout I used a picture of my husband and son when he was little I could have used some newer pictures but this one is very precious to me. For this layout I used two pretty Maja Design collections “Home for the Holidays” & “Joyous Winterdays”

The frame was treated with gesso and then I added some snow and the amazing Gawdie Girl Diamond Fine German Glitter Glass on top of that snow. I aslo did the same with the snowflake beautiful boards. The butterflies I treated a little to with some spray & snow to make it a little less shiny what looked better on this particular layout. As I said before I really love how well the Maja Design papers combine together….love all my maja papers so much 🙂

Maja Design papers used: Joyous Winterdays: Glisten bs & Mr Snowman bs, Home for the Holidays: Together

Thank you so much for visiting the blog today and I hope I have inspired you to create and show us your beautiful art you can always share your work here: Maja Design Facebook page and I if you like the products I worked with please visit here!

Have a wonderful day & stay safe hugs!

 Welcome Maja friends!

Recently we have made a beautiful winter trip in the mountains ‘Harz’.
Snow and ice magically transformed the landscape into a winter fairy tale.

It’s still February

and winter has us in its grip with lots of snow and icy temperatures.

A winter where you look forward to spring all the more. Hopefully it will be soon!

I used some paper sheets from the ‘Holiday in the Alps’ collection
