Hello everyone! It’s Irene here with you all today and it time for my first post here for Maja Designs. My first project for Maja Design is a mini album which I’ve decorated using the beautiful “Coffee In The Arbour” collection.

This is an acrylic mini album by Clear Scraps. Here are some pages in it.Supplies: Pattern Papers: Maja Design Coffee in the Arbour 6 x 6 paper stack; Others: Clear Scraps mini album, Vilda Stamps stamps, ink, flowers, lace, jewels, markers, adhesives.

Hello Maja Friends.

I have been really busy with making cards and gifts before Christmas, but a new baby arrived straight before Christmas Eve, and a friend of mine asked me to make an album for her and her parents. I have just 3 free evenings to create something and it was a really rough time for me, but I have managed to be ready almost in time.

so here it is a baby Girl album

I also made a video clip for you to see all the folded books inside as well as some close ups. But for those who is not able to watch it, I am posting the photos too

I have made several books and envelopes inside so that you can add more photos than just one.

I used almost all the scraps and really enjoyed the cutting some if the pictures. I didn’t want it to be pink or too girly. so I used absolutely different colors for it

I have never used so many buttons in one place

I hope you have enjoyed watching my album, and I have to say that I really enjoyed making it, so I guess more albums are expected to be created this new 2015 year.

Hello Maja Friends, today I am sharing a Mini Album I created for the Christmas memories. It can be used as a December Daily as well but I keep it as a present for a special friend of mine.

I used one of my favourite Winter collections ( so I admit I love all of them) – Vintage Winter. I just love the blue tones of it, it is so traditional for a Russian Winter.

I used a clear album and decorated my cover page with clear ornament ball:

And a first page with a circle photo frame

I didn’t want to cover the beautiful background papers with many layers, so I kept some of the pages clean and simple – just for adding the photos or some notes.

I added some envelopes and folded books to place more photos inside:

Hello Elena is here, and today I have some projects to share with you, using new collection – A Gift for You.

It is more than beautiful in real life and I have fallen in love with it, absolutely amazing colors so perfect for Winter and Christmas creations.

I have made a Tri_fold Frame on clear acrylic and as it is going to be a present to our friends I didn’t use any of the photo and just kept the central frame save for their own photo.

I added some transparent sticker corners, so they can easely change any photo they like.

I cut the house dies using some of the background papers as well as the trees and placed them on the frames.

Also I added some flowers and resin frames, I wanted to keep the wintery and snowy feeling so I added none of bright colors.

On Christmas morning, When the snow is falling, Prima Marketing flowers, Dies and Resin Frames, Finnabair Art Ingredients,

And one more project I have to share , it is an album I made using ( again) acrylic base.

It has a very pretty from of Christmas Tree and I used a lot of papers from a Gift For You Collection too.

It’s size is about 15*30 cm or 6*12 and I placed many hidden envelopes and folded books for the future photos inside.

I am really busy with preparing Christmas gifts and cards, and really have many of them to share with you. But I will do it next time.

Hello Maja Fans,

Elena is here today to share with you some winter isnpired projects. Though it is not there, I am working on Christmas gifts, so that is why I am digged into something wintery.

And I couldn’t resist a temptation to show you something made with the new collection A Gift For You

I really love the color combination Marie has chosen for this collection, as you might have known I prefer soft and pastel colors. So I used grey and white, and they really worked great together.

I used some of new Art Ingredients in my card, they are not so sparkling as a glitter is but it adds more depth to the background.

I created a little video tutorial how I embellished this card. Please, enjoy it:

And I also would like to share with you a mini album I made for my Christmas classes that I have already taught.

I won’t show all the images just some of them. I used Vintage Frosted Basics.

Some parts of it as well as some embellishments are acrylic clear, so i saved on my papers and showed 2 sides of it.

I made many folded books inside for the photos or Christmas Cards

There are many vintage images that I used too, they are mostly hidden inside the folded paper books.

I added some of my favorite lace and ribbon trims as well s flowers and die cuts.
