Hello dear friends, Evgenia Petzer with you today. I am sharing the latest baby boy cover that I have made.

I just love these papers and the baby theme, so I always come back to my favourite mixture of fabric, papers, ribbons, flowers…

I usually take quite a few colors and play with them and some close shades of it. And the mixture of textures gives all that layered, wonderful effect.

Hello dear friends, Evgenia Petzer with you today. I have started the new album and today I am ready to show you the cover of it. It will be for a sweet baby girl.

I just can’t get enough of this collection, its so sweet. The patterns witth the balloons are perfect for fussy cutting. Lots of lace die cuts (mainly russian dies), Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, some pearls.

Welcoming the New

Good morning, dear Maja friends!

I’m so happy to welcome you again as a Maja Design Team member! It truly feels like a family, here and it’s an honour and privilege to be able to inspire you one more term!

A new year marks a new beginning, a fresh start – and so I thought a set of welcome baby cards would be a perfect fit for the first post in the new year 🙂 And here they are: for a girl and boy:

I used sweet pastels and delicate design of the Vintage Baby collection.

Both cards have the same design: I layered square pieces of papers as the background for a die cut cute giraffe put together from pieces of various papers. I must admit I had great fun with putting those tiny bits together 🙂

I also added pieces of lace and velvet ribbon and balloons cut out from one of the papers, as well as liquid pearls drops to give the background some texture:

The cards are quite dimensional, so I also assembled boxes for them, each decorated with washi tape:

Little Angel

Good morning, Maja friends, welcome to the blog 🙂

Today I have a sweet baby layout to share with you:

I combined the Vintage Frost and Vintage baby collections to create a delicate girly layout with my sweet niece. I created a layered background placing a square in the centre of the striped paper and adding a punched decorative square on top. Then I added a die-cut doily as a decorative corner between the photos:

I matted the photos with papers and tags from the Ephemera sheet, and then adde a couple of balloons I cut out from the New Arrival paper:

The flower cluster includes paper straws with metallic foil patterns and gold metallic drops:

I made the title with foam sticker letters, embellishing the letter “a” with a molded angel wing and added a signature strip from one of the papers as a decorative border:

As a cherry on top, I stamped “You are perfect” in the lower corner.

I really love how the papers and patterns compliment the cute photos of the baby girl 🙂 What do you think?

Baby Girl Mini Album

Hello dear friends! Evgenia Petzer with you. Today I am showing you the mini album, I have actually put it inside of this box and we gave it as a present to my son’s teacher. As she became a grandmother not so long ago.  I think she was really nicely surprised and this makes me happy, thats what our hobby is about as well, right?

Ok this is a mini album on tags, that I made using Tim Holtz dies and always use my leftovers from other projects, so you will see a mixture of some collections here, but they most are of pink shades:)

the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, lots of ribbons, pearls and chipboard (Russian brand).

and these 2 separate sheets that I highly recommend, the balloons are one of my fav for fussy cutting and the Sofiero images are just perfect for so many occasions.
