Good morning, Maja fans, welcome to the blog today
While visiting some craft company blogs I sometimes come across this “revisiting” idea. DT members return to old collections and make new projects with them. And so I decided to use the concept, and “revisit” one of my older projects: faux envelope cards. I also did a tutorial on them back in June (you can find it here). I also used the same collection, my favourite Vintage Romance
I think this is just a perfect collection for wedding cards! The first card is more vintage in style, and I kept the ivory-green colour palette, as if the colours faded with time
I didn’t use any sentiment, the image is pretty clear I added a bouquet of roses and some pretty crystal flourishes:
Beautiful pearl brads and vintage seam ribbon complete the look:
The second card is more colourful as I followed the palette of the printed flowers:
The design is pretty much the same, only instead of an image I added a decorative chipboard sentiment:
I just love how the printed flowers blend with the dimensional ones!
And here are the supplies I used:

Happily Ever After
Other: flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts; die: Magnolia; chipboard: Scrapiniec; brads: Craftmania; bling: Prima.
And how about you? Do you sometimes “revisit” your previous projects and give them a go again?
Hello dear friends, its Evgenia Petzer with you and I am sharing a vintage romance card with you today. Again lots of layers, pearls, die cuts and some flowers.
I really hope this card will be a nice gift for someone’s wedding.
Lets have a look an all the details?

have a lovely weekend!
Hello our blog fans. Today I would like to present my first inspiration. I love vintage and shabby chic style. I’m a big fan of layers, laces and chipboards. Cards are one from my favourite type of projects to create. Here is my today’s inspiration :
Papers from the collection called “Vintage Romance” fits perfectly to my project. I pick few papers and started to prepare the composition. Next was to added some flowers, metal embellishments and chipboard. Cut out elements from the paper and use them like the central point of my card.
Flowers together with ribbon and laces. Many tiny elements together.
Vintage stamp with perfect sentence. Here I used different shades of ink to stamp. It look really nice instead of using a black ink.
My cards are full of layers and elements but I always try to make them light. It’s not easy, it takes time but I love the final result.
In the end I applied white gesso and splash it with white and gold paint.

Hope you will like my first inspiration. Hugs :*
Hello Maja Friends,
Christmas is over and it’s time to start creating something for the spring.
Many wedding ceremonies take place in the spring – summer seqason, so I decided to go ahead and start creating some weding cards.
But these cards are not usual , they are more like an embellished envelope to put a gift cretificate or money.
I used almost teh same sketch but different papers from Antligen collection.
I made a lot of die cutting using elegant frames , I guess they are perfect for any kind of wedding or anniversary card type.
Some of them are almost white , the color that is most favorite for the weddings
But one card goes out of a normal range, it is more bright.
However I prefer soft colors for my cards
Spellbinders Frames Dies, Prima Marketing Flowers.
Hi there! I hope you are fine. Today I will show you a lollipop card I made with the beautiful Vintage Romance collection. I hope you like it!
I have used the Ephemera cards sheet for the main image, the Wedding Couple. The butterfly is a stamp from Stempelglede. I have coloured it with Distress Ink re-inkers.
As you can see I have several layers of papers and doilies on the card. I have also made some flowers of the Maja papers and placed them on the card.
I have placed some heart tags on top of the card. They are made with a DooHickey die from Magnolia.
I have used the ribbon Seem Binding around the image together with some cheese cloth.
The tassels are also made with a DooHickey die from Magnolia.
Here is the back of the card. The text is from Stempelglede, and there is still place to write a greeting for the happy couple.
Here are the papers I have used:
