Good morning, dear Maja Fans, welcome to the blog today ūüôā

Summer has traditionally been a wedding season and so wedding cards have been in great demand too.¬† I like to keep a small stash of cards just in case, and therefore today I’m sharing two cards that differ by the colour only:

I kept the design pretty simple, so it would be easy to recreate the card in any colour – I used neutral sand as the background for the stencil heart shape filled with flowers:

I also included a layer of patterned paper, choosing the Comfy sheet from the Denim&Girls collection, as it perfectly corresponds to the leafy heart motif:

I completed the design with acrylic opalescent hearts some cheesecloth and an embossed chipboard sentiment:

The same is true for the other card in the turqouise palette:

In the Denim&Friends collection you will find the Jeans&T-shirt paper that has the same leafy pattern but in turqouise ūüėČ

And I really like the dimension the flowers give:

I like the way they turned out: simple, yet elegant and delicate. What do you think?

Here’s what I used:

Other: stencil: Agateria; flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts; chipboard: Scrapiniec; acrylic hearts, string, cheesecloth: my stash.

That’s all for today, thank you for visiting and see you later!

Hello Maja Design Friends.

The new brand collection Denim & Friends has been announced recently, and though I see it’s Boho style , I decided to create something absolutely different.

I’ve made Wedding Cards and the love the delicacy the papers have.

The floral prints, stripes and lace patterns are perfect for mixing. I made some fussy cutting as well, the roses are so lovely.

To create the scene on my cards I used the dies, classy and Summer – associated. And to make the grape leaves I used Monochrome Shades papers from Celebration Collection.

The cards are lovely and full of tiny numerous details , though they look quite simple.

I didn’t add many flowers since the papers are perfect with no extra embellishments.

Products used:

Spellbinders Dies and Prima Marketing Flowers.

Hello, our blog fans. Today I created the card in the box. It was an individual order and the most important thing was to use the Peacock motif.  I matched digital graphic and then found the paper. I mixed different collection Рthe most important was to find the best shades of blue paper.

To create the background I used a paper sheet from Monochromes Collection.  Modeling paste was applied by the mask and then I just compose the rest.

¬†¬† ¬†I’m really happy about the final result. Hope you will like it to. Hugs, Paulina

Hello Maja Friends,

the Wedding Season has officially started so it’s time to have a bunch of wedding cards by your hand.

I choose pastel colors for my cards always, they are perfect for any wedding occasion, I guess. So the pale and soft colors are the main choice this time too.

For my cards I used Sofiero collection, one of my favorite, by the way and focused on the pink colors of it.

Though I paid too much attention to embellishments , the papers are quite soft and not busy with the floral pattern.

I also made some fussy cutting of the roses, that I used from Vintage Romance collection, and added them as paper embellishments around my flower clusters.

Pale pink, frosty grey and white are a  perfect recipe for any shabby  project, either for wedding.

But for sure you can mix them for any other project too.

Products used:

Prima marketing flowers and Ephemera, Lace.

Hello out blog fans. Today I’m really late with the post. I totally forgot to show you my last card created for the mood board challenge. Have you seen it? In this inspiration, I would like to show you how universal are the Maja’s papers. I have used the Christmas Collection of paper to create completely no¬†Christmas card. It’s a huge value of the papers!

I’m wondering if you are using the Christmas Collection due the yeat as well? If not – it’s good advice to try. Hope you will like my card. Hugs, Paulina
