Summer greetings

Hi everyone! I am back with a Summer card for you. I really hope you are enjoying the Summer. Here in Norway it is raining at the moment. And I wish for some sunny days.

The image from Magnolia is coloured with Distress Ink, on water colour paper. I use a paper called Bockingford 300g. It has a really smooth surface which is perfect for the Distresses. Can you spot which papers I have used? Yes, it is the lovely Denim & Girls papers!

I have cut out the flowers from those papers, ofcourse! Then using dies from Magnolia. I cut out the flowers, then I spray the paper with water, curl them up, and let them to dry. Then you get the crunchy look. I also paint over them with white Gesso.

Under you get a better look of how the card is built up.

And those gorgeous flowers.

Hello, our blog fans. I haven’t been here often lately. I’m really sorry. I really hope to post regularly from now on. I received the newest collection but didn’t have time to play with. Today I will show you a really easy card – perfect for any occasion.

I really like to compose a basic background. Combine few collections. Mix & Match is really funny!

I also used to buy digital graphics – like this time I bought the image with birds.

I’m looking forward to working with Denim&Friends. Hope you will like my today’s card. Hugs, Paulina

Hi everyone! Here comes my inspiration card. My sister in law has graduated from nurse school now, and I made her this card. She was so happy when I gave it to her, so it was all worth making it! 🙂 I am so proud of her, and all she accomplish!

And what is better than to use this lovely papers from the Summertime collection! They are really beautiful!

This is the first image where I have tried out my new water colour paper. It is called Bockingford, and is 300 g hot pressed. I use brushes size 0 and 00.

The flowers are from Petaloo, and the small ones are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Image and dies are from Magnolia. The shape if the card is made with Go Kreate dies.

Hello Sweet Maja fans,

Today I bring you a double pocket gift card , made with the wonderful new Denim and Girls collection.

I really really LOVE this collection it gives me a country girl feeling , just love it.

 

Like I said this is a double pocket giftcard with two pockets on the inside where you can tuck your gift, like money , gift card or other small flat gifts.

Hello Sweet Maja fans.

Lenet here, and today I bring you this card made out of leftovers from other projects.

Unfortunately there were no strips or anything on the paper so I can’t tell you from which collection they are from.

I do know the flowers , I cut them out of the Smell the Roses sheet from the summertime collection.

I added a little glitter to the roses to give them a little luxury feel and a little bling.

The frame  and the just for you sentiment are both from Scrapiniec.
