Jennifer Snyder here with a card that will make you smile.  It’s the “No Prob-llama” card featuring the beautiful Enjoying Outdoors Collection.
Here are the papers used from the collection:
Gardening (both A and B side)
Picking Flowers (both A and B side)
The llama and cactus are coordinating die/stamp sets from Fun Stampers Journey – the “No Prob-llama” stamp/die set and the Arizona Trail stamp/die set.
I have added some foam to make the cactus pop and then decorated the cactus with mini flowers.

There is something so darling and trendy about llamas.  This little darlin looks like it’s smiling right back at me.  And the Maja Design, Enjoying Outdoors collection is perfect for subtle color.

Thanks for stopping today.  Happy Crafting

Jennifer Snyder here to share my card for the day – featuring Maja Design, “Enjoying Outdoors” collection.

A wonderful friend had a new granddaughter and I am excited to welcome this darling baby girl to the world.  I’m also thrilled that Maja Design can be an important part of this celebration.
Below is an image of the papers from the “Enjoying Outdoors” collection that are included on this card:
Picking Flowers ( B side of paper)
There is No Bad Weather ( B side of paper)
Flourishing
This collection has a gorgeous array of lush purples and greens ranging from soft to bold.
The adorable baby stroller (pram, carriage) is a piece of chipboard from Creative Embellishments.
I sponge painted the chipboard with cream colored acrylic paint.

Here is a close up showing the dimension of the card.

Enjoy your day and happy crafting.  Thank you for stopping here.

Welcome friends!

Today is the day of the year where especially the children have a lot of fun.

I’m not the greatest Halloween fan but I love the mystical, imaginative side of it.

Dimly light, swathes of mist envelope the landscape, glowing pumpkins in warm colors and not very serious stories, but always associated with a lot of fun.

It is also the main harvest time of pumpkins in my garden,

you can cook wonderful dishes and soups
made out of pumpkins or use them just for decoration or make a pumpkin cutting event
for family and friends.

I used some papers from our wonderful autumn collections.

Paper sheet ‘ The colours of fall’ from the paper collection ‘Walking in the forest’ was perfect for me as background.

Beautiful green shades together with the delicate old trees were very suitable for my autumn mixed media layout.

The background brings the warm colors of the pumpkins to light.

some details

I love layouts with a natural look and so can also find

acorns, autumn leaves and branches (cutting dies).

 Maja Design papers

are very well suited for working with

cutting dies, because
papers are very stable and bring along the appropriate color shades.

a beautiful man and you can do it yourself 🙂

Exciting, what you can discover in autumn foliage

Thanks for your visit and Happy Halloween!

Hello Maja fans!

It’s Mary here today and I have a new layout to share made for my October inspiration. I have also prepared a VIDEO TUTORIAL so you can watch all the details.

As you may already know, I love searching on Pinterest to find photos to scrap and this time I came across with that amazing photo. I choose some papers from the gorgeous ”Enjoying Outdoors” collection that was just perfect for it. But, before I continue more I want to give all the proper credits to the ”unknown” photographer.

For my background I used the back side of the ”Spending Time” paper. To start, I gave my background a coat of clear gesso. When it was dried, I added some texture with modeling paste and a stencil.

Next I colored my page with some Lindy’s Gang sprays and made some stamping here and there.

The Dusty Attic chipboards I used were painted with several Finnabair acrylic paints.

When everything was glued down, I added some art stones and I made the final touch with some splatters with white gesso.

Paper used:

That’s all for today, my friends!

Thank you for stopping by!

Hello sweet Maja fans,

Lenet here and today I bring you this autumn layout.

I”m very lucky to live close to the forest and the shore of the  North Sea

I love being outdoors and taking long walks especially in the forest  .

The colors are so beautiful this time of the year and I love the earthy smell, and a hot mug of coco with whipped cream when I get home to warm up.

There is so much to see while nature is preparing it self for winter.

I tried to bring you that feeling in todays layout.

I used the walk in the forest Collection for this one, love the warm colors and cosy patterns of this collection.

The little girl is holding a bouquet of flowers and I made it come back in this corner, the branches are cut out of a sheet of cork with a branch die from sizzix .

The fawns are made using the playful fawns die from memory box.

This branch comes from my stash and I have no idea what brand it is, but I used distress embossing powders to color it and gave it more dept with a layer of clear embossing powder on top of it.

Added some dewdrops for a finishing touch.

Hope I gave you some autumn inspiration to make your own layout, tag, card or anything.

Happy Fall to you all, enjoy it.
