Hello Maja Fans,

I hope that all of you and your family members keep safe during this uncertain time. And today I am going to bring you a spirit of Spring inspiration.

I found a box full of paper cuts and and a few die cuts made of Maja Design papers and decided to use them all before I start cutting the new papers. and here what I have made:

So I mixed the papers from the different collections, mostly Vintage Spring and Summer Basics, what I have used to do all the time.

I have added a few flowers and chipboard pieces

But the papers are essential. since they have the floral print and soft colors.

I do believe that you are busy with crafting since we have more space time now.

so happy crafting and keep safe.

Hellosweet Maja Fans.

Lenet here , I hope you and your love ones are all safe from the virus.

Today I bring you this gift bag  I made for my friend . Because of the lockdown we can’t meet so I made her this bag .

I put  her favorite tea ( apple pie tea )and chocolate in it.  Of course I kept the safe distance when I delivered it to her on my way to the grocery store.

Here are some close ups for you.

The flowers  , ribbon and lace are from my own stash.

The little label is made with a stamp from Waltzing Mouse.

Thank you for visiting.

I hope you like the gift bag I made for  you. Stay safe and don’t forget to check in later to see what the other Maja girls have made for you.

I made this giftbag using  The Little Street Cafe Collection.

Simply the Best

Good morning, dear Maja Friends, welcome to the blog today 🙂

In my last post I shared a baby girl layout using the Little Street Cafe collection. I also claimed it’s quite easy to use any Maja collection for any theme. And so I have challenged myself to create a boy page with this romantic, vintage and feminine collection. Here’s the result 🙂

Just as in my previous post, I followed the photo colour combo and opted for a monochromatic selection of background papers. I  chose orange hues (surprising as it was for me!) that perfectly match the brick wall in the photo. I repeated the motive with a stencil and white structure paste…

…and referred to my boys’ black t-shirts with black mold elements and stamping. A range of matching flowers as well as black stones and matte gold sequins complete the look.

For the title I used a chipboard piece that I embossed with glossy black ep:

I think it turned out really cool, casual and cheerful 🙂 But what do you think?

Here are my supplies:

Maja Design papers:

Other: chipboard: Scrapiniec; stamps: Heidi Swapp, aliexpress; flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts, Prima; stones, stencil, resin flowers: Prima; mold: Prosvet; sequins: my stash.

Thank you for visiting the blog today! Don’t forget to return soon for more inspiration 🙂

Jennifer Snyder with you today for some shaker card boy cuteness using a classic collection from Maja Design – Life by the Sea.  The papers featured today are:
Marina
Sailing
Bottle Message

This collection has wonderful strong nautical images and colors which I adore for so many occasions but I especially adore when using on a project for a baby boy.

A little about the products used on this card:
The chipboard shaker is from Creative Embellishments and is back with some royal blue textured foil paper from Rinea. The beautiful rich shaker mix and 3D nautical themed buttons are from Buttons Galore and More.  They are the prefect finishing touch for the shaker card.

Thank you for stopping here today.

A true gentlemen

Welcome creative friends!

I was inspired to create a mixed media layout in vintage grunge style.

It’s a scrapbook page for a boy with one of my favourite collections ‘Denim & Friends’.

I used the paper sheet ‘Worn Indigo’ as background, a fantastic colour shade it looks like original Blue Jeans

and some leftovers from the paper sheets ‘Jeans and Shirt’ and ‘Sunbleached’.

some close up’s

I love to create in vintage style and a grunge look is perfect for a masculine layout.

I want a weathered look and so I used a white crackle paint applied with a spatula for the edge.

Together with some stamps a great effect.

the borders from the paper sheets are always a wonderful addition, I use them very often
an awesome MDF shape in steampunk style from Calico Craft Parts
together with a lightbulb from Prima Marketing
