Hello Maja Friends, we had snow last week but there is none of it today. The rainy weather and still warm as if it is the Fall. Anyway, I am not kind of person who prefers winter because of its cold, but I feel that I need it right now as I am busy with Christmas preparations.

So I created several cards

HousesWinter_ElenaOlinevichIt is my attempt to enjoy the snow. So I used some embellishments to support my wish.

img2For this card I used just scraps of paper and even some negatives, but I still like to use every bit of Maja papers for my creations.

BlueWinter_ElenaOlinevichFor my second card I went further and used even some papers from non – Christmas collection, they are more spring and fresh, but I guess they look crispy frozen here.

img_7388and my last but not the least card, is a bit girly

FashionAddicted_ElenaOlinevichBut is was created for a fashion addicted person who is good in wearing trendy and feminine clothes even when it is freezing outside.

img_7392Again just leftovers and scraps but I guess no one will know about it.

Have a good day and I wish you a Merry and Bright Christmas.

Products used: Maja Design papers – Vintage  Frost Basics – 10th, 21th of December, Vintage Summer Basics – 1903, Crea Diem – Blomstra

Hi everybody! I hope you all are well. The chilly weather in Sweden made me bring out the  Vintage Frost Basics collection. And this is what I made. Melvin - MDThe three papers from the collection are layered on top of each other and to make them blend together I used different border punches.

Melvin1 - BFSProducts used: Maja Design Vintage Frost Basics papers (6th of December, 13th of December, 14th of December), doily and lace leaves from Tresors de Luxe, flowers and crystals from Prima Marketing.

Hello Maja Fans,

Elena is here today to share with you some winter isnpired projects. Though it is not there, I am working on Christmas gifts, so that is why I am digged into something wintery.

And I couldn’t resist a temptation to show you something made with the new collection A Gift For You

Cozy_Christmas_ElenaOlinevich I really love the color combination Marie has chosen for this collection, as you might have known I prefer soft and pastel colors. So I used grey and white, and they really worked great together.

img_6571  I used some of new Art Ingredients in my card, they are not so sparkling as a glitter is but it adds more depth to the background.

closieSC I created a little video tutorial how I embellished this card. Please, enjoy it:

You can find it here  – on Maja Design YouTube channel

Th image I use was found on Pinterest here

And I also would like to share with you a mini album I made for my Christmas classes that I have already taught.

Christmas_SockAlbum_ElenaOlinevichI won’t show all the images just some of them. I used Vintage Frosted Basics.

Stocking1_ElenaOlinevichSome parts of it as well as some embellishments are acrylic clear, so i saved on my papers and showed 2 sides of it.

Christmas_Stocking_ClearI made many folded books inside for the photos or Christmas Cards

img_6587img_6616There are many vintage images that I used too, they are mostly hidden inside the folded paper books.

img_6600I added some of my favorite lace and ribbon trims as well s flowers and die cuts.

Hope you have liked my creations this month.
