Hi dear crafting friends! Here I am back with a card using lovely papers from the Denim & Friends collection, together with a beautiful stamp from Stempelglede and flowers from the lovely Petaloo by Flora Craft.
I just love this collection, as blue is my favourite colour to work with!
Aren’t these flowers from Petaloo just stunning!?
The image is a stamp from Stempelglede, and I have used Distress ink, re-inkers for my colouring.
Look at these beautiful Petaloo flowers!! I have added som white Gesso on to them as well.
Takk “Thank you” is a stamp from Stempelglede. I have used Spellbinder dies and a barbecue stick to fasten it on.
Don’t you just love the new Denim & Friends collection? It totally rocks for me because of it’s versatility…you can go masculine but also very feminine so for today I did the last one. I went for a girly spring card with a bunch of flowers, chipboard pieces and some shimmery embellishments. I took out the teal colors form the Denim & Friends collection to match my flowers which are by Petaloo & 49 and Market.
The chipboard pieces are treated with gesso, spray, paint and metallique wax. I took out a clear sheet and a script stencil by The Dusty Attic and added paste on the clear sheet then I lifted the outer border a little with foam tape. The text is a clear stamp by Joy and I also added a piece of ribbon and a flair {which I totally love to use btw}
The sequins are by “Dress My Craft” and are called play with green {but I think they look really teal tho}….this was a super fun card to make and I think I will make more of them. On the outer line paper I did some stitch like stripes to finish my card and at the end I added some sprays.
Maja Design papers used: Denim & Friends: Streetwear bs, Jeans & T-shirt bs and Summer shirt bs. Monochromes Shade of Denim: Mono Denim – Aqua
Thank you for visiting the blog today and I would like to wish you all a wonderful weekend, vacation time and so much more. Hopefully I will see to back on my next post 😉
Hi dear Maja fans! I am back with a giftbag this time, filled with lovely chocolate. And I have of course used my new favourite collection, the Denim & Friends Collection.
I have cut out different elements using the lovely papers. This time in more brownish colours and over to yellow. I have used DooHickeys from Magnolia for the tassels, hearts, tags and flowers.
To make the flowers look like this, I cut them out, then sprayed them with water, curled them, and let them to dry.
I have coloured the image from Magnolia with Distress Ink, reinkers and Markers. I use syntetic brushes size 0 and 000. And the paper to stamp on is called The Langton.
Under you can see the bag from the side.
Thank you so much for visiting the Maja Design blog today!
Today I have a another layout to share for this layout I used two pretty Maja Design collections “Enjoying Outdoors” & “Summer Crush” because both collections had the colors that I wanted to use for it which are purple/pink/peachy tones. This time I used another picture of Camilla her precious twins singing like two little diva’s. My post was for last Friday but I was really busy adding this video so I was not ready in time so I stole this Monday to post with approval of Camilla ofcours hihihi.
Oh this was such a fun layout to make I do have my favorite Maja Design collections and those are not on top of my list but I have to say I think now I will take them out more often. With my precious 49 and Market flowers it is easy to transform your layout in a flowers sea of gorgeousness. As you will see in my video I made this layout through out the day as the light changes during the movie. Have fun watching 😉
Hope you enjoyed my second video ever thank you so much for watching now for the closeups:
Don’t you just love these colors together I love the purple and pink /peachy but I never use them like this. I do intent to get out my green/blue papers and flower more do not know why that is tho…..although purple is my favorite color I almost never use it lol
On this layout I did some watercoloring but not with a brush but with a piece of plastic….the finishing touches that I have done on this layout are not in my video as I do intent to alter my layout when it is already finished {before I take my pictures}
Maja Design papers used:
Summer Crush: Met her at the dance & He gives her flowers
Enjoying Outdoors: Having tea in the sun & Time for reflection
The answers to my questions with my second last post are :

Project 3: I used Vintage Spring Basics and Nyhavn
Thank you for visiting the blog today and I would like to wish you all a wonderful week, vacation time and so much more. Hopefully I will see to back on my next post 😉
Hello our blog fans. Today I would like to present a album cover. It is a first album for a little boy ! Perfect to capture the memories, moments … write down some sentences and describe funny situations captured in the pictures. It look like I’am guite sentimental recently time 🙂 Let’s take a look, please :
To create this album I used a ready base from Eco-Scrapbooking – a polish brand producing bases for cards, album etc. Inside pages are made from blue envelopes – they match perfectly with Maja Design papers! This time I used collections of Vintage Baby – I found there perfect papers for a boy, which I combined with the newest Monochromes collection.
The main element on the cover it’s die cut from this collection. It is so useful when in a collection you have also some die cuts. It makes our work much easier and faster ! The next element it is a big chipboard frame from Scrapiniec. Some Petaloo flowers and ordinary roses, leafs and splashing. It is not too complicate but really impressive.
Hope you will like my project. It is a please to show you my work here. Thank you for each visit and your comments. Hugs,Paulina
