Hello sweet Maja Fans,

Lenet here , it’s my turn to bring you some inspiration .

I bring you this layout with a picture of my son when he was 4 years old inspired by the moodboard of this month.

As you might know or maybe not the challenge is for 2 months this time so still loads of time to enter.

He made his first drawing  that of a car on our garden table with chalks that are meant to use on the sidewalk or floor outside .

Of course I was not really happy with him drawing on my table but he was so proud of it ,an me my self as well .

for this layout I used some left overs from the vintage baby collection.

The one with the blue stars that I used as a background was just a little to small to cover the cardstock I used as base  , so I torn it in two and connected it again with some sewing.

I added some buttons to the twine for a playful effect.

Good morning, dear Maja Friends, welcome to the blog today 🙂

For this post I have a layout to share with a cutest little boy photo as a welcome gift:

For the colour palette I used the photo colours and added hues of blue. Therefore I chose my two favourite collections that fitted perfectly: Vintage Baby (of course) and Denim&Friends (it’s a boy, right?). I wanted the photo to remain the focal point and added only a few embellishments, including a die-cut and paper-pieced balloon:

To accent the lightness and delicacy of the photo I added cheesecloth, pom-poms and buttons:

I really like the way it turned out, sweet and light as is the precious new baby boy 🙂

Hello everyone,

today i have quiet a different card to share.Its a envelope style card which also serves as a tiny mini album.I made two envelopes and attached it together and added a ribbon closure.I have used one of my favorite  collection “vintage baby”,i guess its been few years since its released but its so popular and i still keep seeing projects with this everywhere,so after hoarding it for so long i decided to use it:)

Maja designs papers are so sturdy and double sided ,so i used the paper itself to make the envelopes instead of cardstock,in this way it looks more elegant.

The inside of the envelopes has two photo mats one small and one big.The inside of the envelope can be filled with gift cards,or journal tag etc.

Hello dear friends, Evgenia Petzer with you today. I am sharing the latest baby boy cover that I have made.

I just love these papers and the baby theme, so I always come back to my favourite mixture of fabric, papers, ribbons, flowers…

I usually take quite a few colors and play with them and some close shades of it. And the mixture of textures gives all that layered, wonderful effect.

Hello dear friends, Evgenia Petzer with you today. I have started the new album and today I am ready to show you the cover of it. It will be for a sweet baby girl.

I just can’t get enough of this collection, its so sweet. The patterns witth the balloons are perfect for fussy cutting. Lots of lace die cuts (mainly russian dies), Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, some pearls.
