Hello  Sweet Maja fans,

Lenet here and this time I bring you this Layout.

I didn’t use one specific collection this time , almoste every piece of of paper I used for this layout are leftovers I saved from other projects I made.

Except for the base /background , for this I used Monochromes shades of Celebration -Vintage Teal and  Shades of Sofiero White/Sand.

I always keep every snippet , it’s such a waste to throw away these lovely papers.

I always will find a use for it , I deal for making cards or like this a layered layout.

You can tuck them behind another piece and create the illusion of a larger piece that is peeking out a little from underneath it.

Here I have some close up for you.  The little frames come from the local dollarstore.

Flowers and leaves are from Prima and 47 and Market

The white sticks come from my own stash , I found them between my Christmas decorations .

Thank you very much for visiting , I hope I gave you some inspiration with my layout.

I also used some christmas themed cutting dies (candles, pine branches, christmas stockings, lace)

and an awesome christmas tree chipboard from Dusty Attic.

Hello Sweet Maja fans.

Lenet here and I’m a little late today. I was working on an other project but got stuck on that one,  so I decided to start a new one and that made me running out of time.

Today I made this Christmas layout for you , using the gorgeous new Christmas papers Christmas Season . LOOOOVE them.

While I was making this one I was listening to a mix of Evanescence , Night wish and Within Temptation so it got a little  Gothic feel over it.

Not my  intention but I love how it turned out , hope you do to.

The chippies U used  ( the sentiments and swirls ) are from  Dusty Attic. I colored them with embossing powder.

The sentiments with black embossing powder from WOW  and the Iron Garnish #2 swirls with ultra thick festive candy  from Blond Moments.

I love their embossing powders such a shame the company is not here any more.

The golden glitter snowflake , star and red and white berries are are from my stash , leaves  from making memories and the branches with red from Prima marketing.

Thank you for stopping by, hope I gave you some inspiration with these wonderful papers.

For me it’s time to set the Christmas tree and start decorating the home..YAAAY.  I love this time of the year.

Hope you enjoy your Holiday month too.

Hello Maja friends!

It got cold, the first snow starts falling, icicles on the roofs and will make our world a little bit quieter and slower.
Winter time is sledding time too.
I loved that as I was a child, today I’m a ‘Frostbeule’ 😉
and what could be better than sitting in a small warm dreamy winter cottage
and watching the snow fall softly to the ground.

The children are romping in the snow and inside a fireplace crackles, wonderful!

a winter tree chipboard  from Dusty Attic, snowflakes made with stencil and cutting dies

two snowy lanterns made with silicone moulds

a icicles fabric ribbon and some suitable chipboard winter leaves

Have a peaceful and relaxe advent season!

Winter greetings from Kerstin!

Welcome friends!

I’m very happy to share with you a new layout with our latest collection ‘Christmas Season’.

This collection, is a wonderful Holiday/Winter combo with red and blue season colours. You will have a holiday collection

that you can continue to use well past Christmas.

My absolutely favourite in this very beautiful collection is the sheet ‘Mail the post cards’, I love the very delicate background scenery

and the lovely woman at the mailbox in a mixture of soft winter colours.

I have set myself the task to cover up as little as possible of the amazing motifs.

used papers

some details

I used some cutting dies and added some wonderful chipboards from Dusty Attic to add dimension.

a real postcard motif with a little snow flurry made with Snow Tex (DecoArt)

As I saw the paper sheet ‘Greeting Cards’ I thought, yes, that’s the perfect addition for this theme.

So  I cut out some individual postcards, using the paper distresser tool and inked around the edges with  dark brown.

This project was so much fun to create and I love the scene that you can build up, using some paper sheets from the new collection.

Thanks so much for your visit!

I hope this layout will set you up for a beautiful and relaxed Advent season!
