Hello  Sweet Maja Fans,

Lenet here and today I bring you this this layout .

I made this layout using the  wonderful papers of  the Summer Crush collection.

I layered some sheets and distressed the edges.  For the top sheet I used my sewing machine and zigzagged it on to the other sheets.

The chippies I used are from Scrapaholics chipboards .I painted those in the color I wanted and gave them a top layer of clear embossingpowder.

The flowers I used are from Prima and 47andMarket.

I hope you like my layout, see you next time .

It’s time for Confirmation!

Hi everyone! I am sure you are as excited as me about the new Maja papers. They are just amazing, and I have started using them already.

First up I want to show you a lollipop card I made with two of the sheets from the collection. “You are a star” and “Amazing”.

Some details. Here you get a closer look of the sheet “You are a star”.

For the leaves I have used the Monochrome papers for this collection.

The image is from the sheet “Girls in Jeans”. And underneath the image you can spot “Amazing”.

Here is the back of the lollipop. Where you can write a greeting, and put some money in the small envelope.

Under I just wanted to show you a Magnolia card I made with the gorgeous papers.

And under I have made a lollipop for a Confirmand boy.

The papers are from the Summer Crush collection. And the image is from the Denim & Friends collection.

And you can see that the back is pretty the same as the other lollipop card.

And at last I want to show you the book card I made.

I have used wonderful the Denim & Friends collection.

I cut the tie out for hand, and have done some sewing.

To make it look like a book, I use water colour paper from Canson. And I fold it like an accordion.

Just some details. Here I have matched craft card stock and Maja papers.

Thank you so much for visiting the Maja blog today!

Hello sweet Maja friends, I hope you have just a great summer as I have.

We have lots of sun for a while now with very nice warm temperatures. Only thing not so nice is that is that my craft room is at the attic and it’s super hot up there now.

But I did manage to make you this card. I used the summer crush collection for it.

I cut three pieces of paper  one a little smaller than the other one , distressed the edges and stuck them together with foamtape..

Took two straws and tied them together with a piece of lace and seambinding some flowers ,  two art boubles , a bit of sisal , a sentiment, and glued it all on the card.

Than I added a little paper texture paste  on the leaves , some withe splashes with white ink and voila, my card is done.

Hope you enjoy it and gives you some inspiration to create your own card.

Thank you very much for your visit. Make shure you come back tomorrow to see some more lovely work from one of the other MajaGirls.

Hello our blog friends. Today I would like to show you my mini tutorial for a childish card. I bought one of the most popular metal dies from Sizzix (than’s Marta for you help ! ) and finally after a few weeks I managed to use it !

  1. I was looking for a pastel and sweet paper collection – Summer Crush was just perfect.
  2. I used some of my metal dies and cut the elements to use with my composition.
  3. Added some laces, flowers and created the base.
  4. Painted edges of the elements with Distress Vintage Photo ink.
  5. Put all elements together.
  6. Added flowers, chipboards, splashed my card with the white ink.

Hope you will like my inspiration. Hugs, Paulina
