Hello Maja Friends,

It’s Elena here to share with you the baby cards I made for the 1st Year Anniversary

Each time I play with Vintage baby collection I really enjoy the colors and the patterns it has. And since it is not easy to create for the boys with no flowers for me – I like focusing on the paper layers

I used mostly the stars, oval and circle shapes to arrange on my cards, but I mounted all the layers on the crochet lace to soften the image.

I also added a few leaves – the paper and the fabric one and for the accents I used the blue buttons – quite a rare thing that I add to my projects.

Thank you for stopping by

Hello Lenet here again ,

Today I bring you this card, with a little tutorial.

For this card you need a piece of paper of  6 by 12 inches.

Score it at 1,5″ – 3″ – 5,5″ and 8 inch. and fold it like the picture below

Than measure  1 inch from top and bottom of the first fold and 0,5 inch from the second like you see in the picture below.

than cut away those parts and you get  what you see on this picture.

Now we can start decorating the card.

I took 20 inch lace and glued it in the middle to the front of the first flap.  With this I’m going to close the card.

For the front I took a square piece of paper of 2.5/8 inch , and gave it a little pocket by folding a doily around one corner.

And made a little ticket to put in it.

For this card I used the vintage romance collection and took two diecuts  from the diecutsheet.

The one  with the doves is glued to one half of the second flap /fold , just like the top square other wise you can’t close the card.

of course you can decorate it to your own liking but keep in mind not to use bulky embellishments .

I hope  you like my card and my tutorial , happy crafting and till next time.

Hello, dear friends! Evgenia Petzer with you today. I have made another masculine card this time. I really love mixing my tender shabby chic works with these masculine, a bit grungy projects. I prefer to use Denim and Friends collection for these type of works.

some close ups:

I love to add wood elements to my projects, I have covered the chipboard element with the frontage embossing powder.

some black accents in different textures and shapes

I have used the Denim and Friends collection:

Have a great day,

Hi everyone! Here I am with a baby card. It’s for the Christening of a baby girl named Tiril. I have used gorgeous pink papers from the collection Vintage Baby.

The cute image is from Stempelglede and the collection Vintage Baby.

The whole card is cut out with a heart die from Magnolia. I have craft card stock as a base, and Maja papers on top of it.

The ribbons are sprayed with water, curled up and let to dry. All the flowers, lace and ribbons are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The butterflies are stamps from Stempelglede which I have painted with Distress Inks.

I have added white gesso here and there, also on the ribbon.

Thank you so much for visiting the Maja blog today!

With love,

With Love.

Hello sweet Maja Fans,

Lenet here and today I bring you this Valentine card,

I used papers of the Christmas Season collection for this card  just to show you that the Christmas collections are not just for Christmas projects and Christmas season .

As you see  you can use them very well for other projects like a Valentine card.

As center piece I used a chipboard heart that I decorated with red polkadot  back side of  the Holly Jolly paper , distressed the edges and put a heart shaped lock on it.

I made a dangle with the key to the heart and attached it to the heart .

The flowers are from Prima Marketing and wild orchid crafts.

For the Card itself I used the back sides of : Deck the halls , Merry Night and Gift Shopping.

I’m so happy the Mood board challenges are back again! I always think the are a big inspiration , and it gave me the inspiration to make this card.

Did you take a look at this months  Moodboard? There is still time to get isnpired and join the challenge, first prize is a collection of your choice!

I think that is a very good reason to enter don’t you? So come on and give it a try! can’t wait to see what you create.!
