Hi there Maja Design friends. Tina with you today to share a project created with the newest of collections being the Denim and Girls. This collection is just gorgeous and a perfect match I think for my photo today. This project I have titled “Every story tells a story”.

My background was created with layers of the Denim and Girls patterned papers.

I firstly set out to complete my background for my layout to sit upon. I cut a circle from the centre of Summer Outfit and used the remaining outer framework as my base. I then layered a section of the b side of Lace over this. I did a little tearing of my paper and distressed it very heavily. I then adhered down the circle that I distressed also and added a couple of section of Lovely then my photo which was distressed also.

Once my background was completed I then added a piece of the bs of Roses to the back of a Dusty Attic Vintage Chipboard Frame. I then coloured my frame with Inka Gold and some embossing Shabby Chic colours from my stash. This was adhered to the left side of my photo ensuring that I didn’t cover too much of the photo.

I added in lots of different pieces of laces from my stash. I love to use laces to highlight areas of my projects and also to soften the layout if it needs it. I further embellished my layout using more chipboards and also a good selection of Navy and Blush Pink 49andMarket flowers.

The flowers and the chipboards were all used to help with the layering of my layout.

And from another view of my layout. Here you can see the gorgeous papers holding all these goodies. I only altered the papers a little using some Distress Ink and a postal stamp to add a little more blue to my background. Well that is all I have for you today. I do hope you have enjoyed my project piece.

Until next time take care and happy crafting.

Hello, our blog fans. Today I would like to present cards created with the Denim&Girls Collection. I really enjoyed working with the previous collection. Thanks to this one, you are able to create pastel and delicate cards.

You dont need to use many add-ons. I made a backgroud with the stencil and some paste, added chipboards from Scrapiniec and  paper flowers. I combine the Denim&Friends Collection and some of the die-cut elements from Sofiero. It fits perfectly! Hope you will like my project. Hugs, Paulina

Hello sweet Maja fans Lenet here and today I bring you this Layout with lots of hydrangea.

I really love hydrangea, I have a big pink one in my backyard and planted a white one as well, hope it will grow very big too.

In my frontyard I have a white one with big balls of tiny white flowers.

I own a lot of hydrangea flowers from prima marketing and wanted to really start using them so I decided to make this lay out filled with hydrangea.

I also wanted to use some real nature thing in it so I went out to my garden and gathered some old little branches and plants that i had put aside for the birds to use building their nests, sorry birdies but I will refill soon. It’s fun to use natural things  like this on your layout so I might go use it more often.

I made some tears on the edges of the toplayer, distressed them so you can see the paper underneath and made stitches by hand on each side of it.

I also tucked some pink dried baby’s breath between the flowers, I love this delicate little flower .

I always keep and dry them when I get those in a bouquet

For this layout I used the  vintage summer basics collection.

Thank you for visiting ,I hope you like my layout this time and I hope I gave you some inspiration.

Make shure to come back to take a look at the work the other Maja Girls made for you.

Hello, our blog fans. Today I created the card in the box. It was an individual order and the most important thing was to use the Peacock motif.  I matched digital graphic and then found the paper. I mixed different collection – the most important was to find the best shades of blue paper.

To create the background I used a paper sheet from Monochromes Collection.  Modeling paste was applied by the mask and then I just compose the rest.

I’m really happy about the final result. Hope you will like it to. Hugs, Paulina
