Good morning, dear Maja Friends, welcome to the blog today 🙂

Last Sunday my Mom celebrated her name day 🙂 And so I took out the beautiful Vintage Romance collection (which is perfect for any theme, not just love 😉 ) and created a flowery card in delicate pastel colours to make the wintery celebration more colourful:

My Mom is a retired teacher and she used to spend hours deciphering students’ handwriting, and so I included this paper 😉 But I also added a big heart to show how much we appreciate her 🙂

But she’s still young at heart, and so the beautiful lady image was the only appropriate 🙂 I also added the flower cluster in matching colours and beautiful lace:

I decorated the inside of the card too, with a sentiment stamped onto the tag I cut out from the journaling cards sheet:

I mounted the tag so that it can support the easel 🙂

…and it also adds some glam as it’s been embossed with golden ep:

My Mom was really pleased with the card, now it’s proudly exposed on the shelf to boast to her friends 😉
