Hello Sweeties
Today I’m up on Maja Design blog with a layout featuring the Monochromes shades of Sofiero. I chose a photo I’ve taken from the Coliseum.
I primed the Mono White Sand paper with clear Gesso. When dry, I added a design with a stencil and a homemade paste made of gold mica powders, brown Primary Element, and 3D gloss gel.
When dry, I added a second design with another homemade paste made of a gray Primary Element and 3D gloss gel.
While the paste was drying, I die cut a few leaves in a watercolor paper and painted them with Primary Element and Twinkling H2O.
Finally, I die cut a bookplate in a cardboard that I colored with iron and white gold waxes.
I painted the background with different Twinkling H2O matching the color of the photo. Then I glued all the embellishments.
