Goodmorning lovelies,
Thank you so much for visiting the blog, today I would like to show you a different style of scrapping by me, more mixed media and the colors are totally out of my comfort zone. I tend to almost never use black because I think it’s the most easiest colors to use in the craft industry every color goes so well with black. This time I used the pretty “Sommartider” collection because of it’s bright & summery colors. If you know me a little you know I adore soft tone papers. Maybe you have seen this picture before it’s my favorite one of my sweet niece Emmelie. The chipboard pieces I used are by Imaginarium Designs. First I took out the Lata Dagar sheet and build everything on top of that sheet. I stamped, sprayed and paste on that sheet as much as possible {more what I liked} This layout was a delight to create it always is with a picture of my niece but what sadness me is that my brother doesn’t want me to post it on anywhere online. But here it’s okay just not on Facebook etc only if I make her face unrecognizable and I need to respect his wishes. This time I made it easy on myself to not make my own flowers but use ones by BoBunny & Petaloo to add to the lovely color palette of the Sommartider collection. The chipboard pieces are inked with Stazon Stone Gray and Cotton White most of the time I emboss all my chipboard pieces but this time I wanted the matte look not the shiny look. On the picture I used some rub-ons I just love to do that it gives it a bit extra. I also placed my picture on three layers to give more dimension.Maja Design papers used: I hope you enjoyed my post today and I want to thank you for your visit! Have a wonderful weekend with lots of craft time and sun.
