Hi! I am very thrilled to show you my first layout using the brand NEW Vintage Autumn Basics collection. The collection is filled with stunningly beautiful papers – gorgeous colours and patterns.
I chose papers in darker blue and beige. Just look at that rose paper – so beautiful!
To created depth I did some layering and also put each layer on 3D pads.
I used some chipboards from Blue Fern Studios. I painted the pieces in white gesso and on the circles and the butterfly I put some clear beads.
Behind some of the flowers I put a bow made of seam binding.
Here is a little detail – to accent the chipboard circle I used some string.
I put some white gesso on the edges of the papers just to make a bit of a white washed feeling.
Products used: Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics collection: XX, XXII, XXIII; gesso, flowers, leaves, chipboards (Blue Fern Studios), crystal swirls, string, beads, alpha stickers, seam binding
