Hi there, happy Monday! Today I am here to share a lay-out with you that I made with the gorgeous ‘Ska Vi Ta En Fika’ collection. The colour purple has always had a special place in my heart, so I can’t get enough of this amazing collection. On my lay-out I scrapped my Facebook avatar photo, which I printed in sepia to make it match the papers.
All the papers are from the gorgeous ‘Ska Vi Ta En Fika’ collection.
I tried to give my lay-out a symmetrical look. Most of the elements that I incorporated on the left side, are on the right side too. Most of the layers are distressed with my hands and some of them have a punched border to them. I also cut out the gingham pattern from the ‘Nybakat’ paper and tucked it behind the punched edges.
Besides purple I also used some brown and cream papers to make the deep purple stand out a little more. As finishing touches I used chipboard butterflies, pearls and some flowers.
Supplies:
Maja Design: patterned papers (Ska Vi Ta En Fika? collection: kaffetären den bästa är – bs, Kärleksmums – bs, Chaite, Blommor pä bordet, Hemgjord saft, Nybakat, Våffla m björnbärssylt, Favoriter); Bo Bunny: flowers, doily; Dusty Attic: chipboard butterflies; Martha Stewart: punches; Spellbinders: dies; Prima Marketing: alphabet stickers, flower.
