Hello and welcome everyone, Heather back with you today. For this layout I have used only 2 papers from the delightful Vintage Summer basics and Vintage Spring basics. So beautiful to work with and this layout showcases how well the collections blend and work together.
My Background is Vintage Spring Basics 4th of May. I have mounted my photo on the Summer basics paper, using both the front and back side I added a cluster of Prima blooms and poked some 2Crafty chipboard pieces to add interest and texture. I find cutting shapes from Sizzix die is both fun and a wonderful way of showcasing the stunning Maja papers. The tag below is layered using both sides of the papers and I added a Vintage Brad and a metal filgree. The leaves are created from the backside of the Vintage Summer Basics collection – 1922 .
Above is a closeup of the inked chipboard pieces mingled among the blooms.
Here are the papers I’ve used…
Papers – Vintage Summer Basics 1922 and Vintage Spring basics 4th of May. Óther materials are Prima metal Bird cage, prima Blooms, kaisercraft stamp, sizzix diecuts,. Vintage brads, muslin, metal filigree. Versa color ink /black and rose.
Thanks so much for popping by and hope i have inspired you.
See you next week, hugz from Heather x
