Meet the Featured Artists
Meet Kristina Peshko.
“I am very excited and enjoy for the second time, to be writing for a blog that inspires me. My name is Kristina and I have been following Maja Design for three years now. I live in Russia, in the Urals, city of Yekaterinburg. I have two favorite boys, my husband Alexander and son Maxim.
Most of all, I love creating scrapbook albums, but I like to do everything from small to complex, participate in exchanges, alter books, and create canvases. “
I asked Kristina what her favorite collection was. Very difficult choice for her but she said it was probably Vintage Summer Basics because it was the first collection she saw from Maja Design. You can see more of Kristina’s work on her blog found right here.
Meet Maryvonne Cousse.
“I am French. I live in Normandy, about two hours from Paris and I love my little corner of countryside with trees, flowers and birds. I am passionate about scrapping – mostly making cards, tags and home decor.
I am married to a wonderful companion, the love of my life, for 40 years. I also have a great daughter.
Scrapping is a great opportunity for me to create and dream. I love vintage and shabby style. I love love love Maja Design.”
Maryvonne’s favorite collection is “Enjoying Outdoors” and her blog can be found here.
Meet Jytte Grund Jensen.
“I live in Odder Denmark. I enjoy making cards but I also enjoy playing with Mixed Media. I mostly make cards and do not have a favorite color combination. I just love all colors. It is very difficult to pick a favorite Maja Design collection…they are all so beautiful But “Ska vi ta en Fika?” and “Vintage Summer Basics” are both very , very lovely collections. With these collections I can make cards for any occasion.”
Jytte’s blog can be found here.
