Time for some colourful and summerly inspiration. I have used the Vintage Summer Basics collection and just added some flowers in the colours of the papers. And it makes me long for summer!
I tear the background paper and tucked in some embellishment – an altered chipboard frame from Blue Fern Studios and some flowers and leaves. To add some texture I also added a bow made from seam binding.
And here is a cluster made from various flowers and leaves. I also blinged it up a bit using crystal swirls.
Here you can see the layering.
I just love little details. Here I have used a metal trinklet from Prima.
And here you can see the altered chipboard. I have painted it white and then stamped on it, before I added some silver stickles.
I have also added some texture to the background paper using a mask, some texture paste and some mist.
Products used: Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics (1908, 1891), chipboards (Blue Fern Studios), flowers, leaves, stamps, mask, texture paste, mist, metal trinklet, stickles, Say it in Crystals, alpha stickers, tags, seam binding, shabby chic treasures
