Happy Friday. Jennifer Snyder here and I am so glad my posts come on the happiest day of the week for me. I am lucky.
I want to feature the Ska Vi Ta En Fika? collection because it’s Friday and we can all use a Fika break. So STOP what you are doing….I am calling an official FIKA time. Let’s enjoy the gorgeous collection Maja Design has in honor of Fika. (sip sip, drink drink, eat eat and ADORE the collection). What a perfect Friday.
On this page, I use Maja Design Ska vi ta enFika? Bjornbarskakor ( Background paper), Smulpaj m Applen ( leaves), Soders Hojder ( paper strips).
On this page, I used a mask and some moulding paste rather thickly. After the paste dried, I rubbed some inks over the top – making sure I only got the masked areas. I also stamped here and there.
Here you can see some details on the side of my layout. Just some tiny little details that bring out the most gorgeous rich purples in this paper.
My image is from an old post card that I printed on photo paper and them cut out.
Thanks so very much for having Fika with me here at Maja Design…where we LOVE all things Fika (especially paper collections).
