Jenny here for a quick little Vintage Spring Basics creation. We got a small pre-delivery of the new collection this Thursday so I brought some home with me. eastercardI haven’t created any easter cards this year and I thought it was about time to do so. The Spring collection turned out to be perfect for that.eastercard_det

The first thing I usually do when I pick up a new collection is to spread it all out over the floor when I get home. Maja collections are known to be HUGE with several different colour schemes. This one is no exception. It’s impossible not to be inspired when you see all those beautiful colours on the floor. So I always end up with different piles for different projects depending on colour scheme and after that it’s no return…

The Vintage Spring Basics collection will start to show up in stores by the end of next week.

The collection is also designed to be combined with the Summer collection. The colours match really well. It‘s a pure joy to see. Here’s an example where I’ve taken the dark pink called 1922 from the Vintage Summer Basics and combined it with the new 2nd of May from the Spring collection. Works out really well, don’t you think?vsb_compare

Hi there superb website! Does running a blog like this take a large amount of work? I’ve virtually no expertise in computer programming but I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyhow, if you have any suggestions or techniques for new blog owners please share. I understand this is off subject nevertheless I simply had to ask. Thank you!
