When the sun is shining

Welcome creative friends!

Kerstin is back with a new springtime layout.

After a very long cold period, it finally gets warmer and the daffodils in my garden start to bloom. I love this time, finally, more sun shines again and gives hope for new life. There is a lot to do in the garden right now, but you should also let all five go straight and just enjoy this short time.

This time I used a monochrome paper as background, I love this neutral papers because

you will have so many opportunities to create a selfmade mixed media background.

I used a brick stencil with white gesso, old music paper sheets, stamps, leftovers from craft paper,

Glimmer Mist Spray (Sunflower) from Tattered Angels, Distress Ink Stain from Ranger,

paper frames from La Blanche and wonderful flowers from 49 and Market.

some details

I hope you like this little spring layout inspiration

with monochrome paper from the ‘Shades of Celebration’ collection,

I will return on 18th of April with a

Tutorial 🙂

Happy crafting!

  • A very very beautiful background that you´ve made here. I´m truly amazed with all the bright and natural beauty, you´ve got into this page here, it really looks stunning and so perfect for this amazing springphoto. I wish we could have a bit of this here too, but it seems like the winter can´t really loose it´s grip here, as it snowed pretty heavy here again yesterday, but luckily it´s all gone again today, so we keep hoping, every time is the last and now the spring will win, so crossing my finger, that this time it is the last ha ha, and it gives me hope, to see this beauty here from you.
