Morning Maja friends! Andrea is here checking in with you on this lovely Fall day! One of my all time favorite Maja collections is the Vintage Autumn Basics…full of gorgeous roses, sepia/warm brown tones and lots of coordinating patterns. When I first sat down to make this card, I had pulled out a bunch of autumn-looking leaves…maples, oaks and birch…but then decided on vintage flowers! Of course…here’s what I mean: The sentiment panel is sugar coated…meaning I sprayed some Elmer’s glue onto the die cut and then sprinkled a little crystal coarse glitter on it. I then distressed the edges of the inside panel and added a bit more sparkle. Underneath that is some stretched out gauze…one of my new favorite accessories. I tied the bow with silk ribbon and added the roses. The sentiment is courtesy of Verve and I also added a trio of copper buttons to the top.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!
