Hello sweet Maja fans,

Lenet here and today it’s my turn to give you some inspiration.

This time I bring you a Christmas Gift Pocket.

It can be used for small gifts, or giftcards things like that.

I have gamer kids and I always give them a  game card for their , playstation , xbox, steam ,World of Warcraft something like that.

I think this pocket is a nice way to wrap it.

I know Christmas is about 2 months away and we have Halloween first , but time is passing by so fast and before you know it, it’s  December  already.

So I made this gift pocket using the Christmas Seasons collection.

The little elves I cut out of the Tidy elves sheet, They are so cute , don’t you think so?

The sentiment is a piece  from the bottom strip of the Best time of year sheet.

At the back I made this string-closure and attached two little bells at the end of the string.

The Been Good? sentiment is stamped with a stamp from Waltzing Mouse.

This is the pocket open. I used my pocket punch board from WeR memorie makers for this Gift pocket.

Thank you for visiting , I hope you like my giftpocket.

Stay safe and healthy, hope to see you back the next time.

Good morning, dear Maja Fans, welcome to the blog today 🙂

Autumn is the season mostly associated with the beginning of another school year and with celebrating Teacher’s Day – in Poland it comes on October 14th. And for that occasion I made a set of two cards using the Miles Apart collection:

The cards share the same design, with stamped, embossed and hand-coloured images of books and pencils that I arranged into a pile and topped with chipboard feathers. I placed this combo upon a background composed of triangular pieces of papers. I finished the cards with a stamped quotation and mini flowers. One of the cards features green, brown and orange papers of the collection and I thought it would make a great card for a man:

For the other card I used the colour combo of green and pink patterns, so that it’s more feminine and delicate:

I simply love the versatility of this collection, suitable for such a wide range of themes and projects!

Here’s what I used:

Maja Design papers:

Other: stamps: Lemonade, Agateria; flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts, chipboard: Miszmasz Papierowy; bling: Papermania.

That’s all for today, thank you very much for visiting and drop by soon for more inspiration from my talented friends from DT 🙂

Hello Maja Design Friends.   Jennifer Snyder here to share a snowy welcome to the Holidays.
I used a combination of Maja Design collections to make my holiday card vision be successful.
Here is the list of collections and papers used.  It really highlights how well Maja Design collections and coordinate and be used together.

I love making winter cards -and especially love Christmas cards with winter scenes.   The funny thing is I don’t like snow that much.  Sure I love it on a card but not on the ground.
The beautiful door die was made using Spellbinders Large Die of the Month for October, and is embellished with sequins and 3D Buttons from Buttons Galore.
The darling snowman was cut from Maja Design ‘s  Holiday in The Alps – Winter Ephemera.  The images on this sheet are fabulous.

The door on this card was designed to swing open.   When opened, you are joyfully greeted  by another sweet ephemera image from Maja Design – Joyous Winterdays – Ephemera.   The little boy is ready to toss a snowball .  So sweet.
Happy Crafting.

Hello everyone! I hope you all are fine. It has been a while since I last posted here. As I have started studying again, on my old days 😀 20 years after last time. Anyways, we were invited to a confirmation, so here comes the confirmand bag I made for Patrick. And I am sure you can spot which collection I have used.

Yes! You are right, the wonderful Denim & Friends collection.

I have fastened som e twine around the image. And with this collection you get several of these lovely images, perfect for any boy/youth card. And behind I have fastened a bit of corrugated paper.

And behind all this I have placed a small papebag. Inside the paperbag I have two tags. Where I have stamped texts for the confirmand.

To make a more shabby look, I have painted here and there with white Gesso.

Thank you so much for visiting the Maja Design blog today

With love,

Good morning, dear Maja Friends, welcome to the blog today 🙂

Continuing the Miles Apart festival 😉 we’re having on the blog, I bring you a layout I made using this beautiful collection:

Having made some smaller projects I shared with you in my previous posts I wanted to make a layout – but believe me, I had the hardest time just choosing the papers! There are so many gorgeous patterns I wanted to show but at the same time I didn’t want to make my page overwhelmed so much that both the photo and papers get lost. I wanted to make it soft and delicate to best compliment the photo of my cousin’s baby daughter. And after much consideration I selected soft blue patterns with a touch of pink flowers against a neutral sand background. First I applied filigree flourishes with a stencil and texture paste:

…then hand-cut some tags:

…then added a chipboard title embossed with crisp white powder:

…and mimicked the printed flower bouquets with dimensional flowers:

I also added powder blue lace to refer to the one in the photo:

I also included some opalescent sequins to add soft shine to my design.

Here’s my list of supplies:

Maja Design papers:

Other: chipboard: Scrapiniec; flowers: Prima, Wild Orchid Crafts; stencil: Agateria; lace, sequins: my stash.

After all that pain 😉 of picking papers I really like the way it turned out! What do you think?
